Spoilers:

My paint code is not listed as one of the options, can you paint a spoiler to match my car?
At this time, we are only able to offer the colors and paint codes that are listed with the items. However, we do frequently add paint codes, so check back often.

What comes with the spoiler I purchased?
In addition to the spoiler, all necessary mounting hardware, installation instructions, and even mounting templates to help line up the holes.

Do your spoilers come with the 3rd brake light?
Spoilers that are listed as coming with an LED brake light do come with the light as well as the wiring harness to connect to your brake lights. The lighted spoilers come with the wires pre-strung, so all you have to do is splice into your existing brake lights.

How easy is it to install a spoiler?
While our spoilers are not difficult to install, you are drilling holes in the trunk of your car. If you have any uncertainty about this, we would recommend professional installation. If you purchase the spoiler and decide against installing it yourself, most body shops or car dealerships would be able to install it for you.

Do your spoilers have any kind of warranty?
All of our spoilers come with a 3 year factory warranty. This guards against any sort of manufacturer’s defects.

How do you ship the spoilers?
We ship most spoilers by UPS Ground.

How soon after I place the order will my spoiler be shipped?
One advantage we have over the competition is that the spoilers we offer for sale are already painted, boxed, and ready to be shipped out immediately. We don't wait until after you place the order to paint the spoiler, which adds a minimum of 2 days drying time, our spoilers are on the shelf and ready to go! Most in-stock orders received by 2:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will ship the next business day. We have daily UPS pickup to ensure your spoiler gets to you quickly.

What if I receive my order and it is damaged?
While we pride ourselves on carefully packaging and securing each order, on rare occasions damage does occur during transit. If this is the case with your order, please contact us immediately for details.

Compressors

What is the pressure rating?
Each 12 volt compressor is pre-set at the factory for a maximum of 120 PSI.

How do they hook up and where?
Our 12 volt commercial grade air compressors must be hooked directly to the battery and have a 50 amp inline fuse or circuit breaker.

What is the duty cycle?
These have a continuous (100%) duty cycle.

What is the warranty?
Our 12 volt air compressors come with a 1 year warranty.

Wheel Simulators

How do your wheel simulators fasten to the wheel?
Most applications are available with No Lug Removal bolt on retention. Simply position wheel simulators on wheel and install jam nuts onto the stud protruding from your lug nut. Some applications require using stud extenders, but installation is still quick and secure.

Do wheel simulator sets include axle covers and lug nut covers or do I have to purchase those separately?
Wheel simulator sets do include axle covers and lug nut covers, as well as all of the mounting hardware you will need to completely cover your steel wheels.

Are replacement parts available for Eagle Flight® stainless wheel simulators?
Yes, replacement parts are available for our wheel simulator sets. These can be purchased by calling toll free 1-800-626-3367 or emailing us at sales@jaeeagle.com.

What is the warranty on Eagle Flight® stainless wheel simulators?
Eagle Flight® wheel simulators have a limited lifetime warranty.

What are your shipping methods?
We ship United Parcel Service, US Postal Service and by various LTL trucking companies.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as well as ACH Check Debiting. If you prefer, you can also send a money order.

How long will it take to get my order?
If we receive your order before 2:00 PM Central time, then your in stock order will ship that day pending payment authorization. The actual shipping time varies but most orders are received in 4 shipping days or less for regular ground shipping. If you need it sooner, we can get it to you the next day.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not, you may return any uninstalled products back to us within 30 days for a refund. Just call 1-800-626-3367 to be issued an RMA number.
