Warranty Policy

Product Warranty

  • All products sold by Jae Enterprises are covered by the manufacturer's own terms and conditions of warranty. Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer - some require that Jae Enterprises acts on their behalf. If an item meets initial requirements for a warranty inspection - we will issue you instructions over the phone as to how it will be handled. Upon approval of a warranty a new same or equal item will be shipped or credited to customer.

  • All warranty returns must have an RMA number. To receive an RMA number call 1-800-626-3367 and request one.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Jae Enterprises for ALL warranty items.

  • For warranty information on specific products, please contact Jae Enterprises at 1-800-626-3367.

  • Jae Enterprises will not be held responsible for products sold that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

  • Jae Enterprises will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation and will not be held responsible for any labor charges on any products that are defective, damaged, or ordered incorrectly.
